Ripple's Coach and Facilitator Jamie Rosemergy is passionate about helping others achieve their goals by facilitating learning that is relevant. He does this by providing accountability through coaching and giving his audience the opportunity to share their knowledge. His natural flare and talent for engaging groups of people, multiple generations and various cultures has seen him reignite small businesses and global companies.


He has over 20 years leadership, management, sales and recruitment experience. His training and experience is derived from his time as an officer in the Royal New Zealand Navy as well as coaching businesses to achieve their objectives through his work with New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and the Ministry of Science and Innovation. He has coached and trained individuals, SME businesses owners and large corporations. Covering a wide range of topics such as time management, sales, leadership, planning and research funding whilst identifying training needs and effective processes.


His training sessions are always engaging and encourage group participation whilst challenging participants to implement positive change. When it comes to recruitment Jamie has “been there, done that” from boots on the ground, managing branches of both national and international recruitment leaders and most recently as a Learning and Development Director for a global fortune 500 company.

He believes in the principle of matching his style to the development level of the participant to encourage an optimally motivating environment for that participant to succeed.
